Elim Benefit Drive by Car Show Raffle

We have a few prizes we want to raffle off to help with our donation to Elim. The Following Prizes will be raffled off at the end of day on June 27^th. Winners will be notified by phone.  Raffle tickets are $5 each, please specify which prize you want to have your ticket entered. You can buy as many raffle tickets as you want.  Tickets can be purchased from now until June 27^th, just print the form below, we need name , phone number and which prize drawing.  $5 per ticket, tickets can be turned in on June 27^th or at the shop Monday-Friday 8am -2pm or mailed into us.
